Sky-Watcher AO7500 is an achromatic Barlow lens that doubles the magnification of a compatible eyepiece and the effective focal length of the telescope. Its standard 1.25″ fitting allows use with a wide range of astronomical telescopes and eyepieces, while the T2 thread supports connection with compatible camera adapters.

It is a practical accessory for more detailed observation of the Moon, planets and double stars without immediately purchasing an additional short-focal-length eyepiece. The lens is installed between the telescope and the eyepiece; the truly useful magnification will still depend on the telescope aperture, optical quality and atmospheric conditions.
