Shipping

Professional Optics ships products to the EU.

Orders within the European Union, as of 01.07.2013, are not subject to customs clearance or other import procedures.

Professional Optics will process and ship every received order as quickly as possible.

If there is an error or change in the order (e.g., incomplete recipient details, item out of stock, price change), we will contact you before shipping, and the processing period will restart once the issue is resolved.

Within Croatia and the EU, goods are shipped via GLS.

The delivery method and recipient notifications depend on the logistics partner.
The delivery cost is borne by the recipient unless stated otherwise.

You can track your shipment via the online system of the selected delivery service — please note that tracking may be visible only after 24 hours.

  • Within Croatia: next working day delivery

  • Within the EU: 1–7 days, depending on location

Please provide a correct and complete address and mobile number when placing your order.

Upon receiving the package:

  • Have a valid identification (ID card, driver’s license, passport) ready

  • Make sure your address is clearly marked (number, surname, doorbell)

  • If you notice any damage, do not accept the package — notify the courier and contact us immediately

If a hidden defect appears after receiving the package, contact us right away — we will resolve the issue in accordance with the law.

If you don’t accept a package without valid reason, we reserve the right to charge actual costs incurred.

Returns

The customer has the right to submit a complaint under legal warranty conditions.
Please notify us as soon as you notice a defect or fault.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
    Cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted.

  • The product must be undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.

  • If the complaint is unfounded (damage due to user error), the product will be returned to the customer at their expense along with an explanation.

  • Refunds are possible within 14 days of receiving the item; the product must be unused and undamaged. We recommend additional protective packaging.

  • If the complaint is justified, a refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, and the replacement will be shipped at our expense.

  • If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 8 days; we will cover the return and reshipping costs.

  • Any issues with your order or shipment delays can be resolved by contacting us or the courier using your tracking number.

Important:
Please contact us before initiating a return — we can arrange direct pickup.
If you organize the return yourself, we cannot guarantee its safety or delivery.
Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.
