Holosun LE420G Titanium Multi-Function Laser, visible green laser, IR laser, QD Picatinny mount + integrated Holosun Micro red dot rail
Holosun LE420-GR — Quad-Function Laser, IR Illuminator and White Light Unit in Grade 5 Titanium
The Holosun LE420-GR is the flagship Elite-series tactical block integrating four active systems into a single titanium housing: a 520 nm green laser (Class 3R), an 830 nm IR aiming laser (Class 1), an adjustable-beam IR illuminator (800–880 nm), and a 600-lumen white LED light. The LE420-GR eliminates the need for a separate weaponlight and laser aiming device, consolidating full day-and-night targeting capability onto a single Picatinny position. An additional top-mounted accessory rail allows direct attachment of a Holosun micro red dot sight (403/407/509 series) on top of the unit itself.
Housing and Construction
Fully machined from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) with a matte black anodized finish. Weight is 310–315 g (10.9–11.1 oz) with dimensions of 93 × 78 × 37 mm (3.66″ × 3.07″ × 1.46″). The dual-module body separates the laser/IR head (green laser, IR laser, IR illuminator) from the white light emitter housing — both enclosed in the same integrated titanium shell. Rated IPX8 for full water submersion and validated to 1000 G vibration resistance. Working temperature range is −40°C to +51°C, storage −40°C to +65°C.
Powered by two CR123A batteries or a single 18650 rechargeable cell — the 18650 charges in-housing via USB, eliminating the need to carry spare batteries in the field.
Four Active Systems
Green Laser (520 nm, Class 3R):
- LOW: < 1 mW (Class II) — indoor training, reduced signature
- HIGH: < 5 mW (Class 3R) — outdoor daylight visibility at 100+ m
- Beam divergence: 0.6 mrad
IR Aiming Laser (830 nm, Class 1):
- LOW: 0.3 mW — high-sensitivity NV optics
- HIGH: < 0.7 mW — Gen 1 / Gen 2 / Gen 3 and digital NV devices
- Beam divergence: 0.5 mrad
IR Illuminator (800–880 nm, Class 1):
- LOW: 0.3 mW; HIGH: < 0.7 mW
- Beam divergence adjustment: 95–210 mrad via front-mounted focus slider
- Wide flood for close-range scene illumination; narrow spot for distant target identification
White LED Light:
- Output: 600 lumens
- Positive target identification at close to mid-range distances; search and clearing operations
All three laser/IR emitters are co-axially aligned — zeroing the green laser simultaneously zeros the IR aiming laser and IR illuminator, requiring only a single zeroing session for all channels.

Operating Modes
The rear rotary selector cycles through ten operating modes:
- Green laser LOW
- Green laser HIGH
- IR laser LOW
- IR laser HIGH
- IR illuminator LOW
- IR illuminator HIGH
- IR laser + IR illuminator combined
- White light
- White light + green laser
- Strobe (white)
The enlarged selector lever operates reliably with gloves. The FIRE button on the housing provides momentary activation in the current mode; double-press with hold locks constant-on. The included Crane-plug remote cable switch enables remote momentary activation without changing firing grip.
Zeroing and Mounting
Recessed 0.5 MOA/click windage and elevation turrets within a ±60 MOA travel range are adjusted with the included T10L key. The co-axial emitter layout means all laser channels are zeroed in a single session — zero the green channel at 25–50 m and all IR functions are simultaneously aligned.
The top MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail accepts Holosun 403, 407, or 509-series micro red dot sights directly on the LE420-GR body, creating an integrated day/night aiming and illumination system without additional offset mounts or rail extensions.
Field Applications
Patrol rifles and duty carbines. The LE420-GR replaces a standalone weaponlight and laser module, freeing a rail position while consolidating all targeting and illumination functions in one zero-referenced unit.
Mixed-light operations. The selector provides instant switching between green laser (daylight), IR laser (NV passive aiming), IR illuminator (NV scene lighting), and white light (forced identification) — all from one rearward thumb motion without changing grip.
Nocturnal hunting. The adjustable IR illuminator at 95–210 mrad covers both area flood and long-range spot illumination. USB charging for the 18650 cell in the field eliminates spare battery logistics entirely.
