Holosun LS321G — Triple Co-Axial System: Green Laser, IR Laser, and IR Illuminator in 7075-T6 Aluminum

The Holosun LS321G is a three-function laser aiming device combining a 520 nm green laser (Class IIIa), 830 nm IR laser (Class 2M), and 830 nm IR illuminator (Class 2M) with an adjustable-width beam in a 7075-T6 aluminum housing with an integrated QD Picatinny mount. It is positioned as an accessible DBAL-class device: three co-axial channels, adjustable IR illuminator focus, and a single zeroing session for all three beams simultaneously.

The co-axial design is the engineering centerpiece: one set of windage and elevation turrets corrects the green laser, IR laser, and IR illuminator in unison — zero the green channel in daylight and both IR channels are ready for night operations without re-adjustment.

Housing and Construction

Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a matte black MAO anodized finish. Weight is 244–245 g (8.6 oz) with dimensions of 92 × 57 × 43 mm (3.6″ × 2.2″ × 1.6″). Rated IP67 (submersion to 5 m for 30 minutes) with 1000 G vibration resistance. Working temperature range is −40°C to +51°C, storage −40°C to +65°C. Powered by a single CR123A battery with side-access battery compartment — no rail removal required. The integrated QD lever mount fits Picatinny / Weaver without tools.

Triple Co-Axial Laser System

Green Laser (520 nm, Class IIIa):

  • HIGH: 5 mW — outdoor daylight and dusk targeting; 4–6× brighter than red at equal power
  • Beam divergence: 0.6 mrad (collimated dot)

  • HIGH: 0.7 mW — Gen 1 / Gen 2 / Gen 3 and digital NV at field distances

IR Illuminator (830 nm, Class 2M):

  • Beam width: adjustable via rear-mounted focus knob — from a tight spot for long-range target illumination to a wide flood for close-range scene lighting

Operating Modes and Controls

The left-side rotary mode selector cycles through:

  6. IR laser + IR illuminator combined

The FIRE button delivers momentary activation on single press; double-press with hold locks constant-on for zeroing sessions. Compatible with standard Crane-plug cable switches; a tape switch is included. The IR illuminator focus knob on the rear right of the housing is thumb-accessible in firing grip — adjusting from flood to spot without breaking stance or changing grip. The shared 0.5 MOA/click turrets in ±60 MOA range simultaneously correct all three co-axial channels.

Field Applications

NV hunting. IR illuminator in flood mode lights the entire near-field scene through a NV monocular; in spot mode it focuses on a specific target out to 50–100 m. Combined IR laser + illuminator mode provides simultaneous aiming and scene visibility without widening the pupil.

Carbines and AR platforms. The 92 × 57 × 43 mm profile mounts on standard 15″ or 13.5″ M-LOK / KeyMod fore-ends without conflicting with accessories. Three functions in one unit frees a rail position.

Airsoft and tactical sport. The enclosed emitter housing protects optics from BB strikes. The green laser in HIGH mode is visible in most indoor CQB lighting conditions. IR channel functions with compatible NV airsoft goggles.
